The Team
We're committed to reshaping the energy landscape with renewable electricity at its core. Our team shares a common goal, working together to create a sustainable future. We are now looking for a passionate Operations Associate based in Stockholm to fulfill that goal with us.

Job Summary
As an Operations Associate at Flower, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of various operational processes within the organization. This position requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can handle a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities. You will collaborate with different departments to optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and contribute to the overall success of the company.

The primary focus of this role will be to carry out various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the organization. To succeed in the role, we see that you are a communicative quick learner, and an ambitious individual who works in a structured manner.

However, we also recognize the importance of continuous learning and development. As you progress in this role, we strongly encourage you to explore and gain expertise in the field of Operations Office.

Responsibilities:

- Implement and monitor quality control measures to uphold operational standards and compliance. Work closely with teams to address any issues and ensure continuous improvement.

- Provide support in the planning and execution of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deadlines.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of operational processes, guidelines, and procedures to ensure consistency and facilitate knowledge transfer.

- Proactively identify and address operational challenges, troubleshoot issues, and propose effective solutions to enhance overall operational efficiency.

- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with various departments within the organization.

- Facilitate knowledge transfer to ensure consistency across the organization.

- Assess current operational processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Who you are?

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or other related field.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Previous experience in operations or a related field is a plus.

- Experience as a consultant can be a strength.

- Fluency in English and Swedish is required for this position

Location
We value office collaboration but support remote work. Our office is at Söder Mälarstrand 21, minutes away from Gamla Stan subway station in Stockholm.
