Operations Associate Routing

Movia is currently on an exciting growth journey and our Operations in Sweden is looking for a new star to join the team. As a Routing Associate, you will be part of the routing team, coordinating and support the daily routing at Movia. You'll work in the heart of our operations and be the direct link between our routing team, customer and couriers. Your daily routine will consist organizing our fleet partners and assign routes based on driver levels, and maintaining forecast volumes in order to make sure we have the operational capacity in all of our regions. No deliveries are made without your effort in using our tools. Therefore, it's important that you feel a sense of duty in making sure each day is a success to the extent possible. You will also communicate with our courier partners on a daily basis, ensuring the capacity is delivered as promised. To be successful in this role, it is key to build good relationships with our courier partners and key personnel. You will work closely with the operations, commercial and terminal teams, as well as other teams around the company. On top of your daily routines, you will also play a key role in the development of our fast-growing operations, for example, quality assurance. The role will grow with you and you will get the chance to develop it according to your own interests.

This is a part time position with working hours regulated on a schedule between Monday – Friday.

Qualifications
Strong organizational skills - The ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly and we need to do them well – Manage daily work English.
It's also a plus if you have a bachelor's degree, preferably in operations, logistics, engineering, economics, or business management.
