As an Operations Controller at Winningtemp, you are an important piece of the puzzle in the strategic work and the company's continued expansion. You will have great opportunities to be involved and influence the position. If you have a great interest in business value and love analytics and reports, and understand that numbers are an important foundation to grow, you will fit in perfect for the role!

Areas of responsibility:

- Control and development of business operational expenses
- Contract management and follow-up
- Budget follow-up and cost reporting to all functions
- Purchase order management
- Cost analysis and improvement work


Your team and manager 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

You will be a part of our global finance team, reporting directly to our CFO. In the team there are also a revenue controller, a head of accounting global, one accounts payable and one accounts receivable. They all work as a team for Winningtemp's growth and are all contributing with high engagement and teamwork!

Are you the one we are looking for? 🥇

Since the role involves supporting several different departments and people within the organization, it requires that you are good at building relationships and have high collaborating skills. It is important that you take full responsibility for your work and dare to give a heads up if you see negative trends and tendencies.
You love to work in a structured way, to analyze and find new ways and solutions to optimize results, which you are highly driven by. You like to work in a growing company in a high speed with high flexibility, where you are not afraid of taking own initiative. You understand the importance of having a plan, but you are also open to change it if conditions change. You have a natural curiosity in wondering why things are the way they are, and truly interested in getting answers to questions that concerns your role.
You have previously been exposed for the same kind of start-up/scale-up environment, and you love that you can make a difference!

You have at least four years experience of accounting or similar. You are unhindered in English and Swedish, both verbal and written.
You are used to work in Office 365, with high knowledge in Excel and Powerpoint.

Nice to haves:

- Knowledge in Netsuite, Fortnox or similar
- Experience from process development
