THE SLEEPACY BRAND
In line with the key strategic initiatives for Hilding Anders, a new, global, omni-channel premium DTC brand – SLEEPACY, was launched mid 2021. The overall vision is to internationally launch SLEEPACY as a sleep concept, becoming the leading sleep brand by owning ‘healthy sleep for a healthy life’.
The brand spans over the entire sleep experience:
Core products: beds and mattresses, pillows, duvets and linen
Sleep accessories like sleep and lounge wear, sleep sensor mats, humidifiers, etc.
Sleep services like sleep analysis, sleep routine recommendations and sleep coaching
The first physical store was opened in June 2021 in Stockholm, Sweden, the 2nd store is planned for Q4 2021 in Copenhagen, Denmark, followed by a rapid expansion into other European and international markets from 2022 and onwards. THE PRODUCTION SITE IN RYDAHOLM
At our site in Rydaholm in Sweden, we are producing our own bed brands Hilding, Ekens, Carpe Diem and also quite a big number of private labels. The site has approximately 150 employees.

If you want to improve life through sleep, we are happy to tell you that we are looking for an Operations Coordinator to work with our new SLEEPACY products. The position is based at our plant in Rydaholm, Sweden but will collaborate also with colleagues at other sites and countries as well as with suppliers and other business partners. We offer you a great opportunity to be part of launching and expanding this new brand in Scandinavia, Europe and in other international markets in the coming years.
THE ROLE
For this new role we are looking for an enthusiastic and organized problem-solver as our new Operations Coordinator. To begin with, this role is mostly operational but as the brand grows, there is a huge opportunity to expand the role and be part of optimizing the operations process and scaling them for the international expansion.
You will be part of our skilled Planning team and report to our Planning Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Operational coordination between the production units and the physical shops as well as our e-commerce
Securing that the ERP system is up to date with relevant and latest information
Support in purchasing of accessories
Being the operational responsible regarding S&OP for the Sleepacy brand
Manage the Sleepacy accessories inventory and set processes for packaging, shipment and storage
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for somebody with a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration or similar and with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience. It is required to be fluent in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
To be successful in this role we also believe that you have:
Experience from logistics / planning and an understanding of e-commerce
Good knowledge of ERP-systems, preferably M3
Very good communication skills both towards the production units but also towards the marketing and finance teams
A holistic view on what is best for the overall business and the capability to make priorities to maximise the benefit of the business
Socially competent with the ability for tight cooperation with all different parts of the organisation
Experience from an international environment
The Ability to travel within Sweden but also abroad
