We are looking for the following qualities and skills:
Fluent in Swedish and English is a must! More languages are a plus.
1+ year of experience in customer service and enjoys working with people.
Experience in sales, administration and/or a coordinating position.
Has preferably worked in a startup before and/or is used to working in continuously changing environment.
Very structured way of working while juggling multiple tasks at once.
Always keeps a clear mind and can be a leader in hectic times.
Can work under pressure and is flexible.
Solution oriented, takes initiative and ownership and can work independently.
Willingness to go the extra mile.

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING WITH
You will join our operations team with the #1 priority to ensure great customer experience in all areas. This entails the following:
You will play a crucial role in coordinating all daily activities in operations and customer service and making sure all customer enquires are handled in a timely manner.
You flexibly handle tasks and jump in where support is needed.
You will be the face of Panprices talking to both customers and sellers, gaining insights on both ends and coming up with ways to improve our processes.
You will be working closely with the entire team and get to actively shape the future of Panprices.
You handle different administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, collecting material for accounting, or setting up contracts.
