Job Summary:

“The Operations coordinator” is working with the daily operations and contacts with airline customers and LMP suppliers, monitoring airlines flight traffic, payment devices and quality control of LMP suppliers 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:


• Maintain/update operational data in operational systems (IBOS/ISOS/IPAC TS etc.)
• Manage day-to-day service delivery for assigned airlines including e.g.

• receipt of operational data/information from the airline
• Coordination of operations in regards to traffic changes, irregularities etc.
• handling of wet leases, special charters, ad hoc flights
• provisioning of all relevant operational instructions to DC and the last mile providers
• resolution and/or escalation of any service delivery issues
• handle cabin reports
• handle error files for OBT and reconciliation
• Create loading/offloading instructions of OBT/PED and TRT/eCrew to LMP
• Follow up of loading/offloading of OBT/PED and TRT/eCrew and secure right nr of devices in each LMP unit
• Make sure Stock inventory of OBT/PED and TRT/eCrew is done at LMP and according to instructions and PCI policy 




• Plan above services on longer terms together with airline and account teams
• Act as contact point for Airline Ops, DC and last mile providers in regards to assigned airlines
• Regular Operational meetings with contracted Airlines (together with commercial teams)
• Maintain SOP for DC and last mile providers with respect to assigned airlines
• Maintain internal ops process documentation in regards to relevant airlines
• Perform LMP audits according to SOPs and instructions
• Project management of base start ups
• Monitor operational KPIs against targets
• Contribute to development of operational KPIs
• Drive continuous improvement within relevant areas/processes
• Regular Operational meetings regarding with LMP/catering units according to agreed planning
• Monitor timely receipt of recount files according to catering schedule and handle deviations on a day-to-day basis
• Provide internal stakeholders and the airlines with regular ops analysis, statistics, performance KPIs etc. as relevant
• Support OPS team with other tasks as:

• Manage invoice control for LMP and other costs
• Calculate and report LMP reserves to finance
• Manage configuration and ensure correctly functioning OBTs
• Support all other areas within Operations as necessary
• Monitor uploading of OBT files according to flight schedule and handle deviations on a day-to-day basis

• Support in handling of service material and equipment
• Perform any other tasks that may be relevant within the operations department or in support of other departments

Qualifications

Education:


• High School degree or other relevant secondary education or work experience as described below

Work Experience:


• 5 years relevant experience in the airline industry, from working with LMP and customer contacts, quality work or other relevant data analytics. Detailed knowledge of LMP operation (barpacking, warehouse, reconciliation etc.) will be an advantage.

Technical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration)

General user of MS office and ERP systems

Experienced user of Excel – pivoting is necessary

Language / Communication Skills:

Business English.

Business Swedish.

Other languages will be an advantage.
