Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
The “Operations coordinator” works closely with the daily operations team and has contacts with airline customers and LMP suppliers; monitoring airlines flight traffic, payment devices and quality control of LMP suppliers.

Main duties and responsibilities:


• Maintain/update operational data in operational systems (IBOS/ISOS/IPAC TS etc.)
• Manage day-to-day service delivery for assigned airlines including e.g. receipt of operational data/information from the airline
• Coordination of operations in regard to traffic changes, irregularities etc
• Handle cabin reports, error files and other issues
• Manage invoice control and calculate LMP reserves to finance.
• Assist in base start ups and any other departmental needs

Qualifications:

Education: High School degree or other relevant secondary education or work experience as described below

Work Experience:  Experience of analysis of data in excel. Detailed knowledge of LMP operation (barpacking, warehouse, reconciliation etc.) will be an advantage.

Technical Skills: Experienced user of Excel – pivoting is necessary

Language / Communication Skills: Business English & Swedish

Personal skills: Analytical and business oriented mindset as well as able to see the whole perspective.

A team orientated individual who is also a self-starter.

About the position:

You will be placed in our brand new office in Kista, Stockholm.
