Buddy Company is a Swedish Startup based in Stockholm, Barcelona ,Tel Aviv, and Munich, that offer technical support, handyman services and cleaning at client’s home, nationwide. Our business model is based on the direct sale of services through our own application and website or through strong Partnerships relevant in the business area.
As an Operations Coordinator you will have an exciting opportunity to join our operations team dedicated for our Handyman business (mounting, drilling, furniture assembly, tansport) area and ensure the fulfillment of its main goal from the very first service: the customer satisfaction.


Your main responsibilities will be:
Maintain day-to-day operations
Be responsible for and ensure that all orders are delivered and on time!
Coordinate tasks between clients and Buddies/Runners (our Handymen)
Manage our VIP Clients and support them in the order process and project delivery
Optimize operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards
Assist with the implementation of new processes and procedures
Identify ways to improve customer experience
Interact with customers and suppliers, answer questions and resolve issues
From time to time Recruit new Buddies
Maintain policy and procedure documents
Build up the buddies community and keep it active


What we are looking for:
Experience as an Operations Coordinator or in a similar role (such as high volume staffing)
You have a good understanding of and/or personal experience from handyman services
Ability to analyze and improve operational processes
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented
Tech-savvy, understands and can utilize different digital tools
High level of Swedish and English written and spoken
Experience from customer support or similar job with a lot of customer contact
