ABOUT THE ROLE
As operation Director for Absolut you will lead Absolut Operations, functional coordinate H&S, Q&E and Manufacturing Excellence. You will closely cooperate with our HQ and across the Absolut group.


Key Accountabilities
To run operations according to agreed budgets, targets, and plans
To develop strategic plans, in line with TAG and Group strategies and with external factors considered
To ensure resources are secured and well managed
To ensure compliance with law, regulations, guidelines, policies, and other requirements
To ensure safe working environment and a sound safety culture
To ensure responsibilities within health & safety, well-being, environment, quality, food safety, energy, fire safety and electrical safety are well managed in own area and throughout the organization
To monitor performance, corrective actions and continuous improvements in line with strategies and mindset of Manufacturing Excellence



ABOUT YOU
We believe that you have:
B Sc/M Sc or equivalent in business and/or engineering
10+ years of experience in production roles, quality or health and safety.
Experience with FMCG would be highly appreciated
Fluent in English, with good communication skills and the capability to work in an international/cross-cultural environment
