Today we have created a Retail Industry Network based on our Omnichannel platform, a gigantic database that act as a natural hub and common interface for the exchange of data, information and media.


What does your working day look like?
You will work in our Operations team to ensure that our systems, communications and infrastructure works. You have a high value of professionalism and want to provide the best service possible by finding, prioritizing, debugging and solving problems in our environment. You have a genuine interest in IT security and feel confident communicating with service providers, colleagues, and customers. You love solving problems and want to share your knowledge.

Required skills:
At least a few years in relevant/similar IT positions
High level of English in writing and speaking
A relevant education or corresponding knowledge acquired through practical work experience

Preferred skills:
Swedish.
Azure Cloud knowledge (creating and administering resources/infrastructure).
Windows server administration.
Windows Active Directory administration.
Windows PC/workstation support including the Office 365 suite.
Network management or support.
Managing message broker solutions.
Managing Managed File Transfer (GoAnywhere)
Managing Enterprise Service Bus solutions.
Certificate administration/management.
EDI.
Peppol.
Server software for the AS2 file transfer protocol.
Script language programming of operations tasks on relevant platforms.
Experience from working with IT systems for the retail industry.
Experience from working with IT systems supporting the sports/leisure/fashion segments..
