Kvalifikationer
- You have wide experience in implementing Operational Excellence across different industry sectors, with proven track records of achieving results in improving workflows and helping organizations to change their culture and behaviors towards a self-improving and flow-oriented organization.
- You have successful “train the trainers” experience.
- Having published books and articles on operational excellence and being recognized as a reference for others in this field within Sweden and/or worldwide will be a plus.

Job Description
Our international client within home appliances are developing the future Finance operating model on a global level by accelerating the journey of transforming their function into a more agile organization. They are defining their future ways of working to provide financial operational excellence and a renewed focus on building strong business partnerships. You will support the Finance Operational Excellence Manager and Head of Group Finance Development.

The overall aim of the assignment is to support the setup of the Finance Operational Excellence transformation concept and roadmap, targeting all the finance employees (approx. 2000), creating pull in the top and middle management, making sure they understand the benefits of this approach, changing their beliefs if needed to fully embrace it and be onboard this transformation, which implies a change of the management system, and be the engine to implement it.


Personal qualities
We are looking for a candidate able to inspire, teach and coach the management teams at all levels in this cultural transformation towards operational excellence, bringing outside-in perspective. This includes the ability to develop training content, slides decks and movies for e-learning, methodology, governance, structures for measuring results and processes for training the trainers: top managers, middle managers, line managers, CI managers/coaches and employees.

Admission and Application
This is a full-time position, 40h/week. The position will start as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run until 2022-08-08, with possibility of extension.
