We are looking for a driven Operations Expert within our service area Collaboration to join our IT department in Stockholm - with the opportunity of remote work. As Operations Expert, you are responsible for ongoing daily operations within Recipharm IT. You give qualified technical support (Level 2 and 3) for daily operations and run internal projects for our companies globally, focusing mainly on Microsoft 365 and Active Directory services. Areas of responsibility:
• Daily operations and maintenance within Recipharm’s Active Directory and Microsoft 365 services, such as Exchange Online, SharePoint and Teams.
• Involved in multiple global IT projects, communicating with suppliers, partners and colleagues on sites within your assigned service area
• Proactive improvement actions as well as evaluate new technology and features within the life cycle of Microsoft 365 services
• Responsible for service operations uptime and continuous service improvement
• Technical support to IT colleagues
• Ensure SLA/OLA service fulfilment
• Follow standardised processes - SOPs, Work Instructions (KB) in compliance with approved policies
• Responsible for documentation
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in operating and configuring services within Microsoft 365 cloud services.
• Knowledge in administering Microsoft Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Teams
• Experience in IT Service Management ITIL processes
• Verbal and written communication in English
Desirable skills:
• Experience in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Experience in ITIL and ServiceNow
• Experience with client management tools, such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and/or Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune
• Experience with application packaging in common formats like .msi and APP-V.

As a person, you are good at building new relationships with high integrity and a sense of responsibility.
