Operation Graduate Program - Business Controller Powertrain Production

In addition, you will take a deep dive into some specific areas of our business such as manufacturing, health and safety, quality, and continuous improvements, while also learning about the end-to-end supply chain, aftermarket parts and our remanufacturing operations. We furthermore offer the opportunity for you to be part of our digital transformation, applying new technologies to connect and automate our processes. Together we work with AI, data science, machine learning, circular systems, virtual manufacturing and more, to build our fully electric or autonomous products.

Required knowledge/experience Maximum two years of previous working experience, prior to or after graduation.
In this truly global program, communication will be in English, hence you need to be fluent in both speaking and writing in English.
Bachelor or Master of Science or Business Administration or Industrial Engineering and Management.
Swedish work permit preferred.
Job Description:
Do you want to be part of an exciting future at GTO Business Control Powertrain Production to reach operational excellence? Are you passionate about thinking big and outside of the box? Then you have what we are looking for to elevate our performance through innovation and technology.
As a business controller at Powertrain Productions, you deliver financial support and guidance factories, with the purpose to improve the business performance. You oversee the financial reporting and performance of Powertrain Production. Your task is to provide transparent information, to be the storyteller. A prerequisite for success is a strong ability for cooperation and communication, taking your financial conclusions and making them actionable.
You will be developing new tools and ways of working within Business Control. Experimenting and pushing the envelope with business intelligence, data management, visualization, statistics and accounting to provide new insight into our operations. You will collaborate with teams from other plants as well as our global headquarters in Sweden.
