In addition, you will take a deep dive into some specific areas of our business such as manufacturing, health and safety, quality, and continuous improvements, while also learning about the end-to-end supply chain, aftermarket parts and our remanufacturing operations. We furthermore offer the opportunity for you to be part of our digital transformation, applying new technologies to connect and automate our processes. Together we work with AI, data science, machine learning, circular systems, virtual manufacturing and more, to build our fully electric or autonomous products.

Required knowledge/experience
Maximum two years of previous working experience, prior to or after graduation.
In this truly global program, communication will be in Swedish/English, hence you need to be fluent in both speaking and writing in Swedish/English.
A BSc or MSc in Engineering
Basic knowledge in programming
Lean Knowledge

Job Description:

A fantastic job - what will you do?


As a CA (customer adaptation) designer at Tuve plant, you will work to adapt the truck design according to customers requests. This could include designing customer lighting, new wheelbases or superstructures to fit customer needs and wishes. The job requires good communication skills to establish relationships with recipients within the Tuve plant but also with our colleagues in other organizations such as GTT and GTP. As a CA designer in Tuve, you are expected to provide our factory's input on issues related to technical parts, both for the product and for the process. The main responsibility lies in designing new solutions for our customers.
