Job Description:
Our organization is on a journey towards digitalization, which will enable us to solve our customer’s spare parts logistics problems in totally different ways. This journey will transform the way we develop the competence of our co-workers, how we work internally and how we interface with our dealers across Europe. The aim of your role is to boost and accelerate this digitalization journey.

Continuous improvement in the digital landscape is your main activity. You will contribute to improving our way of working to enhance team feeling, quality and velocity. In the role you will drive and lead your digitalization work in a Scrum/Agile approach. Your goal is to quickly get from idea to deployed solution, generating added value for the company and customers. You will coach and support the scrum team throughout the development cycle. You are constantly aligning between product owners to ensure resource efficiency in value driven cross product prioritization.

Now you know a little bit about us. We would like to describe who we think that you are, our new colleague. Since we don’t know you, yet we probably won’t have everything right, but when we imagine you, we believe that you take on any challenge with a positive mindset. You like to take the ownership and feel responsibility for the market where you serve our customers. You are also great at communicating and collaborating to reach the goals you set up, whether it’s internally in our team or with your colleague on the other side of the planet.

We think that you have a deep interest in how the digital landscape could revolutionize our way of working and that you have the drive to lead, learn and explore within this area. You have experience from education or previous work on AI, office automation and/or IT solution development. Skills in code such as Python and/or JavaScript are strongly merited. For this position strong analytical skills are a must as well as being able to work with large amount of data to perform in depth analyses. You can present the result of the analysis in an understandable way and are fluent in English. You are passionate about lean and agile ways of working and you enjoy inspiring colleagues how digitalization can support the team’s success.

If you also have previous experience from studying or working with logistics and supply management, it’s meriting as that’s the core of what we do. We know that this image of our new colleague is very extensive and put demand on a very broad skill set, and we really don’t expect you to cover all of it.

This is us, your new team:

In our team we truly believe that a supportive environment, curiosity, and team effort gives you a passion for what you do. And when you have that passion, our customers will notice!
