We want to extend our team with a dedicated Inventory Controller to strengthen the operations team. You will work closely with the operations manager and Store Managers to maintain and update our Inventory on hand.

The role and responsibility
We are searching for a meticulous inventory controller to manage the inventory for our company. In this role, you will be required to coordinate orders and deliveries, perform regular inventory audits and analyses, and forecast the supply and demand requirements to ensure consistent stock levels.
Some of the things you’ll do (but not exclusively)
- Frequent follow ups of Inventory Management.
- Performing regular stock checks and compile the result
- Educated our store management in our inventory processes.
- Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed.
- Developing and implementing inventory control systems and practices.
- Coordinating the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing.
- Forecasting supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability.
- Tracking inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS).
- Analyzing and reviewing supply chain data to identify and resolve issues.
- Generating purchase and pricing reports, supply chain analysis, and inventory management systems
We believe that you have
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Logistics etc or experience equivalent of it
- Well experienced of Excel and SQL
- Work experiences of previous relevant experience in operations and/or the groceries industry.
- Must be a collaborative team player, possess a strong customer service orientation, and be a consultative problem solver
- Highly proactive style of work
- Fluent in both oral and written English and Swedish
