About the job
As part of the role, you will work closely with internal and external partners and stakeholders, setting and implementing the strategy for your team, and when needed across various engineering operations teams.
As Operations Lead, you will oversee the planning, execution, and prioritization of your team's tasks, as well as provide the team with excellent leadership experiences through feedback, collaboration, and communication. With your team, you will be responsible for supporting relevant products and services, making the right choices, and keeping it simple, updated, and future-proof.
You will also be part of Telavox's Engineering Operations management team, reporting to the operations manager, as well as contributing to the wider Product and Engineering Management team.
Among things you will do…
️ Establish the strategy and roadmap for the technical support team by collaborating with stakeholders, identifying the metrics, and determining how success can be measured.
️ Ensure team transparency and excellent communication by communicating delivery dates and tactical plans.
️ Know how data flows through the internal systems and ensure that all compliance requirements are met.
️Build and lead the team! This involves lots of tech, but also a responsibility for recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
️You will be responsible for monitoring, alerting, and day-to-day support of the Telavox platform, as well as incident management during disruptions.
️You will use feedback from customers to understand their perspectives, needs, and tools in order to continuously improve their experience.
️To measure progress and success, you will support digitalization and self-service in close alignment with Customer Operations.
About you
In order to be successful in this role, you should have stakeholder management and communication skills. Data is something you use to improve processes and to provide and measure great services. Ideally, you come from a tech background within telecommunications, with experience supporting global operations. You have experience with PBX, UCaaS and hardware as well as software support. You also have experience adapting frameworks for use in everyday operations.
