Operations lead, Connected services
Lynk & Co is seeking an experienced Operations Lead, Connected services - a critical role to support the continuous growth and enhancement of Lynk & Co connected car services in Europe.
Connectivity is a critical part of Lynk & Co overall business strategy enabling connected car services for a wide range of services such as infotainment, security and safety, mobility, remote car management and much more. As Operations Lead you will be responsible for ensuring stable operations for the whole set of connected services.
As a Operations Lead You will be responsible for incident/issue management jointly with internal as well as external stakeholders. You will follow up on operational KPIs and lead work in improving operational quality, processes and efficiency. You will work cross-functional with internal product owners, solution architects, development teams, customer support as well as external partners/suppliers to ensure operational performance with an e2e and customer experience mindset.
In this role you will play an integral role in securing customer experience throughout the continuous evolving connected service life-cycle in and around Lynk & Co cars.

The position is based in Gothenburg Sweden, but will require occasional travel (mainly Europe but also to China)
What you'll do
- Manage daily operations of connected services and follow up on incidents and issues affecting operational performance of connected services
- Engage and interact with internal and external stakeholders involved in the operations of connected services to analyze issues and plan for maintenance that may affect operations performance.
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Identify and drive new requirements and actions to further improve operations performance jointly with internal and external stakeholders
- Secure and facilitate cross-functional collaboration between business owners, solution architects, Cloud/IT operations etc in securing operational performance.
- Develop, monitor and follow-up key metrics/KPI to continuously track operational performance and costs related to connected services.
What you should have
- Extensive experience as Operations Lead or similar position
- Experience of development and/or operations within connected technology domain, preferably within the automotive industry
- Experience of mobile and cloud software development is an advantage
- Experience in process development
- A truly customer experience driven mind-set
- Strong strategic mindset coupled with a doer mentality
- Team player & strong cross functional collaboration skills
