Kvalifikationer
- You have a University degree or equivalent in logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, or any other business studies.
- You have minimum 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Finance or preferably in multinational/healthcare industry.
- You have SAP R3 experience.
- You have strong Excel and Data Analysis skills.
- You have previous experience within FMCG or healthcare organizations.
- You are fluent in English and Swedish.
- LEAN and/or 6 sigma experiences are a plus.

Job Description
For our client within the pharmaceutical business we are looking for a Operations Manager. The Operations Manager is responsible for the management of the third-party Logistics Service Provider relating to day-to-day warehousing and outbound transportation activities for the Consumer/OTC sector in the Nordics, ensuring performance that meets or exceeds customer and business needs, within a defined budget and in compliance with all quality and regulatory guidelines. Further you will manage the 3PL's daily operations in line with the agreements between our customer and the 3PL and in accoerdance with local laws and regulations. Ensure that the 3PL plans and manages all distribution activities to meet or exceed agreed KPI's to drive customer satisfaction. You will work with supply chain and regional transport to optimize inbound flow of goods.

To succeed in the role as Operations Manager you are a strong team player with good analytical and numerical skills. You have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. You enjoy working in a challenging enviroment and being part of a team. You have the ability to identify quality issues, risk and priorities, and manage them. You have experience working with third party logistics and service providers. You also have strong customer focus and the ability to build partnerships internally and externally.

Admission and Application
