Operations Manager

TGCC is now looking for an operations manager for Stockholm, Malmö, Göteborg and Borås.
You will be responsible of managing employees together with our team leaders as well as hiring staff together with our HR. Furthermore you will have weekly meetings with our clients and will be responsible of running the daily operations.
The job includes employee onboarding, performance follow ups and reviews as well as making sure we reach our KPI's.
You have to fill out daily performance sheets and make analysis of the staff's performance as well as the day to day operations in your areas.
We are looking for a manager with at least 3 year's experience within micro mobility operations. We expect you to have experience from data analysis and reporting, from risk assessment and analysis, from front-end web development and employee onboarding.
Furthermore we need someone with leadership experience, conflict resolution, someone who is a good team player and has the ability to work under pressure.
