Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for optimizing e-commerce operations? We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to spearhead our e-commerce division and drive efficiency, scalability, and excellence in customer experience. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing globally the end-to-end supply chain, logistics, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.

Your team
You will be part of a diverse and agile team located globally. You will have four specialists in your own team, management peers within Marketing and Tech, and report to the Digital Transformation Officer of Epiroc.
Your mission
* Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance overall operational performance.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service to ensure seamless coordination and execution of strategies.
* Manage a team responsible for inventory planning, procurement, warehouse management, and order fulfillment.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Implement best practices to ensure accurate inventory levels, timely order processing, and on-time delivery to customers.
* Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain, including disruptions and bottlenecks.
* Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to continuously enhance operational efficiency.
* Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the operations team.
Your profile
* Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
* Proven experience in e-commerce operations management, with a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams.
* Experience with inventory management systems, order management platforms, and logistics software.
* A strategic mindset with a focus on driving results and achieving operational goals.
* Problem-solving skills to navigate complex operational challenges.
Location and travel
This position is in the Nordics. Occasional travel is required. In case a candidate from a different country applies and is successful, local terms and conditions will apply.
