Operations Manager (English speaking)

On behalf of our client , Work Supply is looking for an experienced on site Operations Manager, preferably from a Consultant company or an agency.
Operations Manager will be in charge of providing inspired leadership for the organization, which involves making important policy and strategic decisions, implementation of operational policies and procedures. Overseeing HR duties, such as attracting talent and setting training standards and hiring procedure, as well as analyzing and improving organizational processes, to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency,
help promote a company culture that encourages morale and performance. You will report directly to CEO and The board.
Successful candidates will have a bachelor's degree in operations management (or a related field) and have prior experience in a management or leadership position. A deep understanding of financial management is a plus.

· Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
· Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures
· Assist with recruiting and tract talent when necessary.
· Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
· Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.

Google Analytics & Drive, Project Management tool, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Website optimization tools

About you:
• You have ability to both work on a team and to solve problems independently
• Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
• Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance
· sheet, and cash-flow management.
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in english (Danish is a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field.
