Job Description
As Operations Manager you are accountable for leading and developing a cross-functional team of multiple competences that consists of 15 people, to ensure our marketing strategy is executed to the highest possible standard. You will report to your Marketing Manager. Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Promote a positive, open approach where opinions, views and ideas are shared
Create a productive environment that encourages creativity and problem solving
Coach and motivate teams to continuously improve and innovate
Ensure allocation and optimization of resources to drive business goals
Contribute to optimize way of working, develop competences, systems, tools and methods
Actively participate in the tasks within the responsibility area of your team
Align and follow up resource budget with marketing manager
Ensure and follow legal requirements and H&M policies
Proactively work with recruitment (potentials pipeline, recruiting, onboarding) together with HR
Develop your team members through individual action plans and follow up on regular basis
Plan and perform salary reviews
Set goals & drive goals across the team
Collaborate with other stakeholders across the business
Together with HR identify and act for a healthy, inclusive and diverse work environment
Qualifications

In order to be a successful Operations Manager at H&M we also believe you have:
5+ years’ experience from managing roles, agency or client side
Proven ability of growing and developing teams, and having fun while doing it
Experience of managing large creative teams and creating cultures where they thrive
Restless approach to ensuring operational efficiency
You enjoy working in an agile, fast-paced environment
Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
Results-driven entrepreneurial spirit that dare to innovate and challenge status quo
Knowledge of the marketing & media landscape, tech and trends
Excellent written and oral communication skills
You are anxious to learn and grow, and to help and inspire others do the same
Ability to work independently and initiate activities, set priorities, lead multiple priorities and deliver on-time results
Fluent knowledge in English, written and oral
