Forso Nordic AB is now recruiting a Operations Manager through Svensk Autorekrytering AB The Operations Manager reports to the Country Manager and is a member of the local management team and is to assume full responsibility for all operational activities in relation to retail and wholesale financing.Key Areas include: Consumer & Business Customer Risk, Credit, New Business, Customer Service and Collections. The Operations Manager enthusiastically supports Forso's strategy and manages and documents our operational activities in line with Forso operating procedures and products.You as a candidate possess a hands-on mentality that you consider natural to ensure relevant key processes and tasks are measured and performance is tracked and employee motivation is maximized.Also to stream-line/improve processes with a view to lower operational costs The Operations Manager provide vital inputs to business plans, budgets and forecasts and to local pricing to ensure this is consistent and competitive in the market.You will have the operational HR responsibility for your own teams and act as the local legal coordinator (work with local and Nordic legal council) thus monitoring that all credit related legal requirements are met.Also your role entails responsibility as local Anti Money Laundering officer and Fraud Detection Coordinator Liaising with external partners and suppliers is important to ensure our consistent high level of quality.Qualifications and personal characteristics We very much would like to talk to you if you can say yes to the following: Finance oriented university degree or equivalent.Previous experience from similar tasks.Excellent PC skills.Communication and interpersonal skills.Personal characteristics such drive for results, analytical capability and a business-oriented mindset Fluency in Swedish and English.
