Operations Manager Maintenance Units

Arbetsbeskrivning

Are you eager to try a new challenging opportunity within Tetra Pak as Operations Manager in the Maintenance Units team?

We can offer you a creative and stimulating work in the Maintenance Units team located in Lund. The work environment is diverse and international. You will have the opportunity to develop as an individual, contribute to develop the capabilities in the team and build a global network working with our market companies, machine development platforms and our MU production workshops.

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving standardization and improvements in the assembly and reconditioning process for our Maintenance Units across the production workshops. The role includes responsibility for results but no direct reporting personnel.

Maintenance Units - In order to shorten maintenance time and increase equipment performance and reliability, Tetra Pak has developed units made up of many parts that together perform a function in the machine - Maintenance Units. With Maintenance Units, Tetra Pak's service engineers replace an entire unit during the maintenance event, rather than examining and changing individual parts on-site. Each unit is preset and tested, so it requires a minimum of fine-tuning compared to single parts replacement.

-Drive standardization and continuous improvements in the assembly process
-Be responsible for defining the right measures for quality and cost improvements in the production process
-Support the creation and update of Maintenance Units by identifying parts and process for refurbishment.
-Serve as a technical expert for Maintenance Units
