You will be responsible for ensuring operational activities of the data protection program are delivered according to our clients Key Metrics, including redefining and key metrics. You will examine our clients data protection compliance efforts from a holistic view, and lead continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen our overall program goals

All of the above will of course be done with the help and support of the rest of the team. Furthermore, this is a position with great opportunities for the right person, and the company encourage all employees to shape their own roles (they highly believe in intrapreneurship).

This will be a consultant position and it extends over at least one year, with the possiblity of extension or being recurited directly to the company.

We’re looking for friendly people who are self-motivated and willing to learn. You are used to dealing with operational chaos, project management and coordination. To thrive in this role, you have a “can-do” attitude and are a person who is flexible, service-oriented and takes your own initiatives and appreciates working both operationally and strategically.

You probably have a minimum of 2+ years experience as an operations manager or similar role and now want to know more about tech industry and data protection - and how those areas can be intertwined with legal and compliance obligations.

As a person, you are aware of goals and quality standards in your work, and confident in acting according to decisions made. We see that you are unpretentious and have a good ability to prioritise, communicate and structure your work.
