Operations Manager to Skåne

We are looking for a Operations Manager to one of our clients in Skåne, south of Sweden.

As Operations Manager, you are the person who ensures that the day-to-day operations flow in terms of personnel, scheduling, deliveries and logistics. You will be able to develop and improve the operational work of the company and put your own stamp on the organization.

Requirements for the role

- B driving license
- Previous experience from transport / distribution companies
- Previous formal personnel responsibility or team responsibility
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Very good / fluent knowledge of Swedish, writing and speaking
