On-Road Solutions team is responsible for sales, implementation and operations of autonomous transport solutions in selected segments. The role - What opportunities do we offer?
We are now looking for an Operations Manager to join the On-Road solutions team. The Operations Manager works primarily with the customer and is responsible for ensuring that the autonomous solution is up and running. You will be responsible for preparing and managing the operation and ensuring a happy customer.
This includes, but is not limited to, site setup and operational structure, spare parts and maintenance setup, training and certification, quality and uptime analysis and an efficient support structure.
You will work closely together with the Implementation team to make sure that the autonomous solution is ready for operation on all levels when handing over to the customer.
You will be a member of the On-Road Solutions team reporting to the Head of On-Road Solutions.

We are looking for a customer-oriented person who thrives in a challenging environment and embraces the opportunity to work with ground-breaking autonomous solutions in practice. A problem-solving mindset and a can-do attitude will be important as you are continuously ensuring uptime and customer satisfaction.
This role will require a commercial and technical interest and understanding as well as the ability to deploy autonomous solutions in practice. Hands-on experience with mining and quarry applications is a bonus, however we believe that experience gaps can be compensated by an open mindset and willingness to quickly learn from others.
Collaboration is part of our DNA, so being a true team player and contributing with good team spirit is essential. Attention to details is valuable but being able to step out of the box and see the overall picture is even more important. You need to have full working proficiency in English. As you will work closely with the customer it’s important that you are able to quickly build good business relations.
Other possible qualifiers for the job are:
Bachelor and/or master’s degree in commercial or technical area
Understanding of the international transport industry
Experience of working with the aftermarket
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
