Mission

The Operations Manager will play a key role in driving our operations forward. Working closely with our Director of Operations, together with our Group and Service Managers and team leads, your role will be to continuously improve and transform our operations. Your responsibility will be to run multiple projects and processes within this team, developing our operations teams, and handling projects which cross over several departments, as well as international projects across several Worldline business units.

We are currently a team of 50 people, primarily based in Stockholm, with team members in Brazil and USA. The operations manager will be working on multiple projects together with team leads and service managers. The role is based at our offices based on Textilgatan 31, Stockholm. The role involves certain travel to Brussels or outside of Europe, for example Brasil or the US.

Driving transformation and improvement projectsOwn and refine several key processes.Create clear and transparent project plans and reportsPresent plans, progress and challenges on an executive level.Act as a bridge between teams, offices and cultures

Previous professional experience

University degree or equivalent university education within IT, BA or other applicable areas5+ years working within a project or service management/operations roleMerited is a knowledge from the Online Payments IndustryExperience in SaaS, eCommerce technology, or transaction-based servicesUnderstanding international business and propertiesWell-developed meeting facilitation skillsExperience with Agile Requirements Management tools (ex. Jira or similarAn ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with others.

Ability to plan and work with multiple parallel processesProblem solver with a “can do” attitudeStrong verbal as well as written communicative skills in English & SwedishResponsible and takes accountabilityEnjoy working in a multi-cultural, multi-national organizationAbility to lead teams and people from a project perspective, but also form a line manager perspective as needed.
