Operations Planner

ValueOne is looking for an Operations Planner for a longer consultant assignment at a manufacturing company in Västerås. The assignment must be filled as soon as possible.

The role

The job is about planning for production and delivery based on constraints – priority, availability of material and capacity. The work is carried out in close collaboration with the master planner, material planners and production/warehouse manager.

Main tasks:

Production and material planning.
Inventory and WIP planning (work in progress)
Obtain sign-off from Production Managers and enter it to the Integrated Business Planning process.

Experience and competencies:

The person we are looking for should be comfortable in and enjoy keeping track of several activities in parallel while balancing stakeholder’s interests. You have experience of working with operational planning in a modern ERP-system, preferably SAP. You are driven by continuous development. It’s meritorious to have an academic background or a higher practical education. We expect you to be fluent in Swedish and English in writing and speaking. You are experienced user of Excel and is an analytical person.
