To one of our customers we are now looking for a Operations Planner. This is an assignment for nine months with the possibility of extension.

A career within our Supply Chain organization is one that is at the heart of the company´s sustainable Living Plan. We manage every stage of our supply process, from sourcing raw materials to timely and qualitatively delivery to our customers.

You will be responsible to deliver your portfolio’s service and inventory targets. You will manage supply risks by having a close cooperation with factories across Europe and ensure that the business is informed of any potential supply risk. Since you collaborate with different stakeholders and functions, you need to have good communication and influencing skills. We appreciate that you are self-motivated, work independently, and have a genuine passion for continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:

• SC (SC= supply chain) business partner to sales, marketing and other functions
• Report, analyse, understand and deliver KPI´s (product availability, stock cover optimization)
• Manage short term demand requests
• Perform root-cause analysis of stock availability issues
• Translate potential supply risks and ensure clear communication to internal and external customers
• Manage Master Data for the local portfolio
• Drive the Supply Chain responsibility in the innovation process

We are looking for a person who has:

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering preferably within Supply Chain/Logistics
• Strong Excel skills (Power BI a bonus)
• Good knowledge of SAP or other ERPs preferred
• Interest towards Supply Chain
• Strong numerical & analytical skills
• Ownership of their area of responsibility
• Good communications and influencing skills
• Good knowledge of English both spoken and written
• An ability to work outside of their comfort zone and tolerate pressure
• An ability to work in an hectic and ever-changing environment
