Job description
For our ambitious, fast growing team, we are looking for an Operations Planning Analyst. Working in the Production team, you will take a leading role in developing new processes and tools that ensure that we produce as smoothly as possible - on time, in sequence, and with the right amount of people.
With regular travel between our our brand new facility in Helsingborg, Sweden and our reginal HQ in Copenhagen, we are looking for someone who embraces change and enjoys getting into the details of people and volume planning.
You will…
Expertly take ownership of several operationally critical tools, processes, managing and executing at the rhythm required by the business
Working closely with the local team (Production/Logistics/Procurement) to execute daily production plans utilizing our planning tools
Assess and identify potential production risks and relay to the Head of Production
Own and develop tools to steer the process
Communicate box forecast and resources demand to our 3PL
Plan daily sequence ensuring shipping schedules are met
Take the lead in responding to questions, issues, and analysis requests, from both within the Fulfillment team and from other teams, related to your areas of expertise
Assist production in tracking progress of the plan and assisting with off-plan situations
Continuously seek out and evaluate opportunities (for example, integration of new data sources) to improve business outcomes, efficiency, strategy

You have…
Bachelors or Associates Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business/ Supply Chain preferred
1+ years of experience in a relevant field
Internship or work exposure to production tools or shop floor leadership preferred
Excitement for working in a start-up environment with a high level of ambiguity and change
Strong project management and continuous improvement skills
Proven ability to quickly adapt and drive the right results using data
Advanced excel skills
Experience in working with WMS systems
Proven experience in dealing with different stakeholders
