Operations Student Worker - Sweden

So far, we’ve helped Swedes, Finns, Norwegians and Germans save millions by refinancing expensive consumer credits. But we aim higher. New markets, new tools, new products and new ways of improving people’s financial lives. This means we need more brains and hearts to fuel our growth. That is why we are currently searching for an Operations Agent - Student Worker for all our three tracks: Care, Success and Risk.

What you will be doing
Being an Operations Student Worker at Anyfin consists of three major areas:

- Analysing and evaluating more complicated customer applications to deliver suitable offers.

Handling inbound communication with customers via email, phone, chat and social media.

Handling outbound communication to increase our customer base.


In addition, we offer three different development tracks in the Swedish Operations team. These are: Risk, Care and Success.

We are truly passionate about being on the customers side and creating an outstanding customer experience. As a part of our tightly knit team you will impact the customer and the success of the company on a daily basis.

We believe you:

Have excellent communication skills in Swedish and English

Are keen to learn and willing to take initiative

Are self-motivated, fearless and have a great desire to contribute to the team and spread a positive atmosphere around you

Are willing to work between 15-20 hours/week (with start in August/September 2023)
