Operations &Supply Chain Manager

The company mainly focus on seven industries, including Lithium-ion battery, Photovoltaic, 3C, storage and logistics systems, automobile，fuel cell and Laser. Currently, LEAD China has 570,000+ square meters for manufacturing and R&D, an international team of around 15000+ employees worldwide, including 5,000+ R&D engineers.
In 2020, the Swedish subsidiary Lead Intelligent Equipment (Sweden) AB was founded in Västerås. We are now looking for a Supply Chain Manager(SCM) to join the Swedish subsidiary team to support our business operation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the local operation team across supply chain, administration and human resource, and set up local operation system to guarantee smooth delivery of projects and support to winning of new orders.
• Develop/sourcing new suppliers according to the company's quality, cost, delivery time, project demand and Supply chain security needs, and establish a firm supplier base.
• Lead price negotiations with suppliers, negotiate and sign contracts; Collaborate with suppliers in collaborative development to reduce design costs, improve delivery quality, and enhance on time delivery rates;
• Handle and resolve issues after upgrading supplier management.
• Together with relevant parties, support the development, communication, improvement, and execution of procurement strategies for relevant categories.
• Responsible for managing and developing supplier performance, signing annual performance targets for suppliers, and supervising monthly supplier performance;
• Develop core suppliers and eliminate unqualified suppliers based on their performance.
• Responsible for market research and technical research of categories, analyzing the
current production capacity and forecast of category markets, and analyzing the cost structure of category materials.

To be successful in the role you have:
M.Sc. or equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
• 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, or Inventory Management or equivalent experience such as Operations.
• Experience of team leadership is a significant merit.
• Strong analytical skills, a high sense of responsibility and good organizational skills.
• Result-orientated personality with a solution-focused approach and ability to handle
complex dynamic situations
• High level of stress resistance and willing to take on challenges.
• Passion for the manufacturing industries and willingness to work on site.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English, Chinese and Swedish.
German, French and other west European languages is considered a merit.
• Swedish driving license B is required.
• Domestic and abroad travel up to 25%.
