J2 Sourcing is an independent distributor of electronics components. We specialize in solving production component shortages for our wide customer base, by using our worldwide network of suppliers. We cut production costs by maintaining the best market expertise in our field and thus unique knowledge on how to make purchases, at the most competitive current prices.

This is Your Job

You will be working with a large network of contacts both internally and externally, including suppliers, freight forwarders and our international customers. Your days will be filled with problem solving by clarifying complaints, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure correct resolutions.

This includes tasks such as keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, monitoring, and following up on deliveries as well as supporting our Purchasers in negotiations. Working with continuous improvement will be a big part of the job.

This is You

To succeed in this role, you need to be self-motivated, have the ability to prioritize and focus in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy working towards deadlines. You collaborate well with diverse teams and want to give our customers the best possible service.

You have a post-secondary education in a relevant field or a couple of years hands-on experience from a role what has included some or all of the above-described work tasks.

A high level of written and spoken English is required as well as above average computer skills.

This is a full-time position, based in Malmö.
