In fresh premises with an attractive location next to “Stortorget” in central Malmo we can offer a stimulating and challenging position as Operations Support Manager.
Profile
We are looking for an experienced professional from the aviation industry to enter the position as Manager for our Operations Support department. We believe that you are a dedicated problem solving individual, with a team-effort mind-set and a professional personality. We also believe you have gathered 5-10 years of experience from the aviation industry. You are thorough in your work and believe in organizing your day in a productive manner. Most likely you are also skilled in planning, project management and documentation.
Work description
This position reports to the Managing Director.
The area of responsibility include planning and scheduling of the daily work activities at the Operations Support department. Working on and planning multiple projects is also part of the daily tasks and includes liaising with team members of different departments, such as engineers and software developers.
We have an ISO9001 Quality Management System, for that reason it’s important to be able to manage services and processes according to these requirements.
You will also support the team in the ordinary duties when deemed necessary.
The Operations Support team
We are a small but dedicated team with a wide area of responsibilities. A solution orientated mindset is a valuable asset in our daily work.
Example of responsibilities
- Staffing at Operations Support department
- Strategic service/product planning together with management.
- Plan and follow up on set process- and quality goals.
- Quality documentation
- Handle the company Service Life cycle.
Required skills
- MS office/Open office experience required. Mainly Excel and Word.
- Fluent in English on a professional level. Also in writing.
- Documented relevant experience from the aviation industry.
- Knowledge in aircraft performance
- Leadership
