With our backbone from H&M Group’s ecosystem we can provide our Creators on-demand printing through a sustainable supply chain and a global network. Job Description
As our Operation Support Specialist, you will play an important role in the practical stage of forming our business and reaching the goals. You will be working in either the sales or the operations team. Below is some of the tasks you will be responsible for.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Manage operational tasks for internal as well as external stakeholders
Develop workflows for maximizing operational efficiency
Manage parts of onboarding of new printing operators and/or Creators
Manage printing operator sampling for print quality and/or creator approval
Manage logistics and warehousing related tasks
Doing SLA follow-up on external as well as internal responsibilities
Ensure operational execution until system support automate
Be a stakeholder in developing systems, support and increase level of operational automation

Qualifications
2+ years of experience as an Operations Specialist or in a similar role
Have solid experience in understanding and a proven track record from working with operations
Strong organization skills and the ability to structure and improve operational processes
Goal oriented, you love setting ambitious goals and reaching them
Strong problem solving and time management skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
Proficient in technology especially Microsoft office applications
