Operations Team Lead, B2B Europe 🏝

Hyper Island B2B Europe is looking for an Operations Team Lead passionate about project management and setting the processes and procedures in place for us to support our clients and learners in the best possible way.

Hyper Island B2B partners with organisations, teams, and individuals, throughout Europe, that want to grow and develop their human performance in a digital world. As Operations Team Lead you will be a part of the European B2B leadership team and play an instrumental role in increasing HI impact for European learners and change makers.

We believe that you have 5+ years of experience in project management work, as well as experience in managing people in a leadership role. It is a benefit if you have expertise and passion for education in a business context and understanding of how digital is impacting organisations.

As Operations Team Lead you will be…

- Leading a group of three great project managers

- Bringing structure and clarity to collaboration and project work

- Formalising and following up on ways-of-working for the European team

- Developing and aiming for efficiency, profitability and balance in our team and projects through tools, processes and ways of working

- Managing own projects (tailored programs) together with our clients





We believe you have experience in…

- Developing processes and ways of working in fast moving/agile environments

- Working in an international- and matrix context

- Working with (and implementing) PM tools and systems

- Navigating and managing longer projects



You also need excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish.
