Read more about QlikTech at www.qliktech.com QlikTech Engineering Operations implement and are in charge of the daily operation of systems and software used by QlikTech R&D to develop the QlikTech product, QlikView.We use Microsoft Team Foundation Server as an overall system solution, but also Automated Build Studio for automated building and TestComplete for automated testing.For bug corrections and test, we use Microsoft Symbol Server. We are now looking for an Operations Technician who will be based in Engineering Operations in Lund.This is a junior position and personality is just as important as actual qualifications. Your main tasks and responsibilities: *Responsible for the daily run of Engineering Operations systems *Install and update software and hardware on QlikTech R&D's clients and servers *Assist with incident investigations *Configuration and troubleshooting of PC hardware Your knowledge and abilities: *Experience from similar work or a completed Network Technician course *Experience from the above mentioned software and hardware *Experience from software and hardware installations and upgrades in a PC environment *A good command of English, both spoken and in writing, since the team as well as the company is English speaking *Social and service-minded *Appreciate problem solving *Self driven *Positive and outgoing team player We offer: an opportunity to work with an inspiring product in a flexible, exciting and international work environment where you can grow both professionally and as an individual.
