Operativ Inköpare (Buyer) semestervikariat

För inhyrning söker vi just nu för kunds räkning en duktig operativ inköpare med start 1 juni fram till minst t.o.m 30 september.Företaget finns i Göteborg.Du har gärna erfarenhet från medicinbranchen. Purpose of role: The role Buyer is to manage the supply of goods into the company.Main focus is on handling of Purchase Orders and OSP-jobs with suppliers and in our ERP-system Oracle for responsible commodity.The Buyer shall ensure that feedback is given to logistic department on possible constraints and will ensure that the Purchase to Pay cycle is efficient and accurate Areas of responsibility: -Ensure the ordering at suppliers and the receiving of the order acknowledgement.-Update Purchase Orders and OSP jobs in Oracle according to procedures.-Support finance department regarding invoice handling for responsible orders.-Raise supplier quality and performance issues with Strategic Buyer.-Support the departmental KPI reporting -By supplier information initiate and assist the strategic buyer in lifetime buys (LTB) and the associated decision making process.-Ensure purchasing information in Oracle is accurate (e g lead time, EOQ).
