Operativ inköpare med taktiska inslag till Samsung

For an on-going consultant assignment for our client, Samsung in Kista, we are looking for an procurement coordinator.

In this role you will coordinate the requests for any purchase from Sales and Marketing teams towards our selected vendors to make sure any quote is giving the client the best value and follows the agreement. The role is important in the contact between internal stakeholders and external vendors. Being structured and having knowledge about negotiations will come in hand to reach a win-win. Systems are in place to secure that the actual purchase is done in a transparent manor. You will be working in Kista and you will be reporting to the Procurement Manager. The role might require some travels within the Nordic region to discuss internally and negotiate externally.

Your Background

* At least 2 years' experience from Procurement
* Experience of RFx setup
* Understanding of vendor categorization
* Understanding of negotiation tactics
* Knowledge about e-sourcing systems
* Excellent communication skills in Swedish as well as English

In the role, it is important that you are structured. Also important that you have the ability to discuss and find solution with both internal stakeholder as well as vendors outside.
