Operative Application Technician to one of Europe’s leading consultancy

Perido is looking for an Operative Application Technician for our client, one of Europe's leading architecture and engineering consultancies, with offices in 15 countries around Europe. The position is placed at the head office in central Stockholm where you will be part of the highly ambitious and professional IT operations team.

In the role as Application Technician, you will be responsible for the operation of our client's global ERP-system, Maconomy. Your main task is to handle the daily operations of the system, such as handling incidents, monitoring, maintenance and continuous development. One of the main responsibilities will be overseeing the implementation and roll out of the ERP system into the rest of the organisation. From the start, you will be encouraged to take responsibility and will have the chance to work on challenging, interesting projects as part the global rollout of the ERP system.

We’re looking for someone with experience in Application Operations and with a will to grow in this position. You have experience in monitoring and maintenance of systems, system deployment and backup management. It is necessary that you have previously worked with ERP applications and systems, but not specifically with Maconomy. We also think you have a genuine interest in tech, have a good understanding of technical management and have experience working with external contractors. You thrive in a roll with an emphasis on high personal responsibility, where you can work together with colleagues in different projects. You have attention for details and are responsible in your work.

Required qualifications
• Previous work experience with Application Operations
• Several years of experience with application troubleshooting
• Experience of working with different Windows operating systems
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written

Meritable qualifications
• Knowledge of Maconomy system
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server & Windows Server
• Communication skills in Swedish

Contract type and hours
Full time, access according to agreements
