Operative Bid Manager
We are looking for a French-speaking Bid Manager for a consultancy assignment in Tumba, Stockholm.

Scope: Full-time



Job description:
As a Bid Manager you will be part of a small international team working with international public tenders. You will be operatively involved throughout the tender process from reading the tender inquiry, preparing all the documentation to submission of final .



The role can be compared to a project manager role where you will have the overall responsibility for the process and steer the internal work gathering and putting together all necessary information. You will be responsible for all tenders in French so fluent French and English a requirement.



The role will start within 1-2 months. You will be employed as a consultant for Randstad but work at our customer.

There are good opportunities for employment at the customer company after six months.



Your main tasks are:

• Reading up on the tender

• Internal communication for compiling necessary information

• Customize and develop company specifics text

• Budget and resource planning

• Review of documentation

• Company representation at the time of submission (4-5 trips worlds wide per year)



Your profile:

We believe you are a communicative person who likes multitasking and put pride in delivering qualitative work within dead line. You probably have a university degree and worked as a bid manager, within logistics, customer service/support.



Fluent French and English a requirement.



You have a three-year university education within economics, administration or engineering or years of relevant experience from other bid manager roles.

The post involves maintaining a large number of contacts and it is important to have good cooperation and communication skills. Your personal qualities include being analytical and meticulous. You are business-minded, ambitious and accustomed to working independently.
