We are looking for an Operative Purchaser for our client!
Background and description of assignment
Tasks:
Purchase order handling including registration of order acknowledgements and monitoring deliveries on time.
Monitor consumption and demand to minimize shortages.
Communicate with accounts payable on invoice related issues.
Handle return orders and credit notes.
Manage assortment in the purchasing systems (add/remove products, re-allocation between suppliers)
Generate and distribute forecast to suppliers and collect forecast response.
Act on supplier's forecast response to secure delivery capability versus demand.
Personal requirements
SAP knowledge – order management
MS Office 365
English in writing necessary
Basics order management
Logistics and purchasing knowledge would be beneficial Thorough
Communicative
Fast learner
Sense of Urgency
Preferable some experience level in SAP, rest can be junior
