The task of IKEA Components within IKEA is to pursue the development of future unique and customer-friendly solutions within fittings and components to the IKEA range. We create substantial cost and quality benefits for IKEA in our development and trade of raw materials, components and fittings. IKEA Components is part of the IKEA group and shares the IKEA vision and values. Our business is global and employs 800 people based in Sweden, Slovakia and China. Through co-operation with IKEA Trading Offices, we are also represented at several other sites around the world.

We are looking for you who is in the beginning of your career and have a passion for economic, finance and logistic. You are driven and want to make a change. We are up for challenge, are you?

This position is divided between two units within our organization, thus you will create and develop an understanding and gain experience from both economic and logistic. Within Finance you will work with accounts payable, register/code invoices and accounts payments. You will also be working with reconciliation of VAT returns with intrastate reporting, financial statements and accounting.

After Sales is the department that distributes spare parts within three materials areas; fittings, components for IKEA products and kitchen cabinets to IKEA's customers and department stores worldwide. We are a service organization that strongly value customer satisfaction and a cost-effective mindset. Your task within After Sales will include transport booking, customs declarations, import- and export declarations and freight invoices. You will be After Sales contact person towards finance, and you will be working in our order- and business systems (ASAP, PPG, M3).

We believe that you have lots of energy, drive and a strong commitment. You have an eye for details but also the ability to see the big picture. Data collection and analysis will be one of your main tasks so we expect that you will have an interest within this field. Therefore, we believe that you have an economic-, finance- or logistic degree or relevant working experience.
