Job Description
An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.
Basic Qualifications
At least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education
Accounting or finance degree or experience
Oracle ERP experience- should have experience in analyzing business requirements for all Finance related processes
Experience in breaking up of each business process into micro level sub-processes
Finance functional solution architect responsible for future state solution design and configurations
Well aware of Oracle EBS 12.2.x features in Finance Area and differences with Oracle EBS 12.1.3 - AP, AR, GL, Cash Management, Chart of Account, Financial Period End report etc.
Should have good communication skills to interact with business users and work on enhancement requests
Should have knowledge in configuring/making changes to the configurations as per the requirement



Responsibilities
Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks requiring independent judgment to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise in delivering functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
As a Senior Consultant focusing on finance, you will consult with clients on service line workflow, guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts, provide solution oversight, direction and expertise to stakeholders, drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements, and make recommendations to clients and mitigate solution risks and issues. In addition, you will execute workflow and process improvement strategies, lead client meetings and events, and drive internal team initiatives.
