Order administrator, Ascom Customer Interface
This is an opportunity for you who want a varying job where you have daily contacts with our customers by e-mail and phone.

As an Order administrator you will be a part of Logistic department in the Ascom Customer Interface team of 7 employees.

Your days will be filled with…

- Sales order handling
- Order confirmations
- Information to customers
- Export documents adminstration
- Invoicing
- Credit invoicing according to attestation rules
- Custom issues related to deliveries
- Export license administration
- Letter of Credit
- Customs declarations handling
- Quotes from transport companies
- Book and coordinate transport and provide required documents when needed


Qualifications

- Two years’ experience in Logistic preferable outside of EU, Sales order processing and Procurement
- Language skills, fluent in English both in writing and speech

In the role you will be contact person towards customers and have your own tasks that you will be responsible for. We therefore see that you need to be able to work independently and that you take responsibility for the tasks. We also believe that you are able to work together with the team and service minded.
