We are looking for an Order Administrator for an international company in Gothenburg. Start ASAP, 6 months contract to begin with.

The Fleet and Dealer relations Nordic team is responsible for execution of online sales processes related to delivery of cars, usage phase during the subscription period as well as return of the cars. In addition, our client is the primary support function to dealers in Sweden and Norway where our client supports with questions and guidance related to the different fleet processes. We are a diverse team divided in three different process areas. These areas are “Order management”, “Order to delivery” and “Fleet in use & Return of car”.

Our mission is to provide a great contact experience and support for our dealers, to make sure that they jointly deliver a great customer experience for the subscribers and customers. Both in terms of making the delivery of the customers new car a highlight, and ensuring a smooth handling in every phase of the customers usage period.

Fleet delivery specialist – Order to delivery – this is what you’ll do
You, together with your team will ensure that all needed activities from that the order is placed until that the car is delivered to the customer is handled in the best way possible. You will handle phone calls as well as written questions/requests to and from dealers, you will be their main contact for daily operational questions. You will administrate orders, activating contracts, and other administrative tasks in different systems, to ensure that orders are progressing to the market. You will handle deviations and be the spider in the web connected to car delivery. If needed, you will educate in processes and systems. You will also look into and propose internal and external process development, as well as coaching dealer to reach operational excellence.

You will monitor all orders in pipeline, ensure that all stakeholders are working in accordance with defined processes. To make this happen you will work in different internal systems, you will be in contact with authorities, third party companies involved in different process steps.

Qualifications:
You have strong administrative skills
You take own responsibility over work, delivery and personal development

You are a team player and have strong collaboration skills
You have an effective and action taking personality
You have the courage to speak up, have problem solving skills and propose needed process development
You are a fast learner and have the ability to manage and navigate through several systems
You are an experienced user in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
You have excellent oral and written communication skills in Swedish and English, if you also have oral and written communication skills in Norwegian that is a merit.
Knowledge in our systems such as Vista, Miles, Tacdis etcetera is a merit.


This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Gothenburg, 6 months contract to begin with, start ASAP!
