Order Administrator

Order Administrator, ABIGO Medical AB – a part of EssityAre you driven by supporting customers and want to be involved in improving people's health and well-being? We are looking for an Order Administrator to join our Supply Chain / Order-to-cash team and to contribute to supporting our customers regarding order management, delivery planning, invoicing, claims and returns, etc. As an Order Administrator you will work with a focus on securing timely deliveries of our products in accordance with customer demand and forecast and also with a cross-functional mindset towards Abigo’s other supply functions.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer orders and invoicing
• Manage all documentation in relation to order flows between Abigo and its customers and internal warehouses
• Manage delivery planning and order allocation towards warehouse and logistics management
• Secure a good and proactive customer dialogue
• Manage customer service operations, including order confirmations, invoice management, supply chain support, operations negotiations around lead-times, tracking info, product shelf life, etc.
• Manage relevant customer master data and prices in ERP (Affärssystem)
• Contribute to continuous improvement within the customer service and supply chain area
 
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant experience from managing customer operations, sales, transportation, logistics, invoicing or equivalent
• High experience from working with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
• Experience from working with Enterprice Resource Planning (ERP) systems (Affärssystem)
• Fluent in Swedish and English
