About the role:

As order administrator, you will be responsible for a broad variety of administrative and business support related tasks. You will manage the order cycle, processing in a timely and accurate manner with profession. Monitor order status, communicate any issues to customers and internal stakeholders. Monitor order and forecast status to make correct short-term plan. You will support our customers mainly within below areas:

* Order handling
* Price information
* Delivery information and updates
* Short time forecast

Requirements:

* Good knowledge in Excel is a must (Pivot & vlookup)
* Good knowledge in SAP is preferred
* Experience from order/logistics is preferred
* Fluent in Swedish and English
* you need to be fast paced, detailed and service minded.
